04 Application of Silicone Oil in Cosmetics
Polydimethylsiloxane can be used as a silicon oxide surfactant. This product is a colorless, odorless, non irritating, and non-volatile thin to viscous fluid. Has the following good characteristics:
① Good lubrication performance, can form a uniform waterproof protective film after applying to the skin, but without any sticky or greasy feeling;
② Good glossiness. Good resistance to ultraviolet radiation. It will not oxidize or deteriorate under ultraviolet light, causing skin irritation.
