The school of public management is one of the earliest institutions to carry out scientific research and personnel training in the field of public management in China. It can be traced back to the beginning of the 20th century. The predecessor of our university, Central University and Jinling University, has started research on land use, land economy and policy, and agricultural science. In 1992, it established the first college of land management in China, and the first doctoral program of land resource management in China.
