Novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control and educational reform and development work is required to guide the college counselors in the field of prevention and control. The importance and urgency of strengthening ideological and political work in the context of epidemic prevention and control are guided by the Ministry of education and the training and training center of the ideological and political workers in the University (the National Institute of Educational Administration). The national network training demonstration class for college counselors with the theme of "patriotism training new students" started as scheduled. Recently, the official account of WeChat University in Jiangsu will launch a series of reports on "learning from the cloud". During the exhibition period, our counsellors will actively participate in the national network training demonstration class for college counselors, constantly improve their professionalization and occupation level, and do a good job in Ideological and political work.
In order to carry out the national network training and learning spirit of counselors and improve the quality and professional quality of counselors, 103 counselors participated in the training under the unified deployment of the student work department (Division) of Nanjing Agricultural University. The training is divided into four parts: course learning, theme discussion, experience writing and live Q & A, covering nearly 50 lectures in six modules: value guidance and ideological guidance, career planning and employment guidance, academic guidance and class management, psychological adjustment and health maintenance, daily affairs education management, epidemic prevention and control knowledge.
In addition, four live lectures on the theme of "epidemic situation" were held in the training, which comprehensively and systematically carried out training for counselors.
After the end of the live broadcast course on April 4, the counselors of Nanjing Agricultural University carried out online and offline discussions according to the actual situation. In combination with their own work, students actively share their learning gains and feelings, and think about the focus and entry point to alleviate students' academic and graduation anxiety during the epidemic period from different perspectives.
