Rtv silicone has the capability of producing the applications that are related to industries and art with details that is finest. For making the rtv silicone it is important to remove the defaults, the smoothness that is desired has to be attained by sanding and polishing. if the casting is intended to be of smooth finish, the polishing of the original is essential. if the finish s desired to be matte, it is not needed to polish the original. In order to get the silicone mixed with the catalyst at a ratio of mixing that is standard the process of pumping through pumping is needed. When the silicone is mixed with the hardener, there will be bubbles that will come out. If the pumping from vacuum is not done, the release of the bubbles will not happen. if the rtv silicone is processed without the step of vacuum-pumping, the mold of the silicone will be left with a lot of bubbles. The tensile strength of the mold will be reduced in this case and the times of reproduction will be affected.
The mold of the silicone will not be smooth and it will directly affect the product’s quality. The customer’s requirement determines the amount of agent of the curer. The amount of curing agent that is required will be greater if the fast drying is needed by the mold and vice versa.
