Feeding system
The following forms are available:
1) two-way pump
Can move up and down feeding, can maintain the pressure, because A, B pump is connected to each other, and synchronized by hydraulic pneumatic control, so this form of feeding system is more reliable and accurate.
2) One-way pump
It is a universal type, only single feed.
3) Synchronous single pump with check valve
4) Measuring cylinder system
Mainly used in conjunction with a single pump.
In mold design, there are generally the following forms:
1) hot runner
Relatively waste materials, simple design, low cost, mostly used for large products.
2) Cold runner with needle valve
Can realize automation, short cycle.
3) Cold runner without needle valve
Because the LSR has a high coefficient of expansion, it expands when heated and shrinks slightly when cooled, so the parts do not maintain precise side spacing in the die. Therefore, cold runner processing can be adopted. LSR should be kept at a low temperature and fluidity. Cold runner system should be adopted. Because silicone rubber has significant thermal expansion characteristics, shrinkage rate of 2% ~ 4% (vulcanization temperature of 150℃), and silicone rubber has the characteristics of compression deformation.
