Liquid silicone can be used for sealing and potting

Electronic potting glue has good waterproof, moisture-proof, sealing, insulation and thermal conductivity properties, but this kind of glue has no tear resistance, if you use your nails to buckle slightly, this silicone will easily break.

As mentioned above, because the electronic encapsulant specially used for sealing needs to have thermal conductivity, a large amount of thermally conductive metal powder material is added in the production process. This result directly leads to the lack of performance of the electronic encapsulant.

Condensed mold silicone and additive liquid silicone can be used for sealing and filling. Both liquid silicones have good fluidity, and after curing, they have good sealing, water resistance, and aging resistance. What's more important is that after the condensation type and the addition molding silicone are cured, they can have superior tear strength and performance, and can withstand the impact and extrusion of external forces.
