Third, the problem of silica bubbles. After the silica gel and the curing agent are mixed and stirred evenly, a large amount of bubbles will be generated in the silica gel. The customer always wants to think that the silica gel is free of bubbles, but when it is actually used, it will definitely produce bubbles. To completely eliminate air bubbles, it can only be achieved by defoaming by external force of a vacuum machine. It is also possible to achieve the elimination of a small part of the air bubbles by reducing the proportion of the curing agent added.
Fourth, the time to disassemble the silicone mold and the time to use the silicone mold. When the silicone mold is cured, the mold can be dismantled, and the silicone mold is actually used for production. It is recommended to wait for 24 hours after the mold is cured for release production.
