The surface of low hardness products is also prone to oil leakage.
3、 Odor and Easy Testing
The qualified food grade kneading silica gel is completely non-toxic and tasteless, and will not have pungent chemical flavor or strong essence flavor when smelled closely. The sample can be boiled in boiling water for several minutes. High quality products will not deform or produce odors, while inferior products will release pungent odors and even yellow or oily when exposed to high temperatures.
4、 Core performance verification
The tear strength of high-quality products can reach 25-35N/cm, with stable Shore hardness. Even after repeated pinching and pressing hundreds of thousands of times over a long period of time, they will not crack or fall off; Poor quality products have poor tear resistance and are prone to cracking after one or two days of use. Some low-priced products may also be found to have excessive TVOC and phthalates, which can pose health risks if exposed to them for a long time.
