Pad printing is the process of etching the desired pattern onto a steel plate (or copper, thermoplastic) using film, and then using a curved pad head made of silicone rubber material. The ink on the pad head is dipped into the surface of the pad head, and then pressed onto the surface of the desired object to print text, patterns, etc
Pad printing requires the use of specialized ink based on different materials to ensure quality. The ink layer of transfer printing is relatively thin, and it can print color matching on any surface, showing excellent color expression and printing adaptability, commonly known as universal printing.
