When the adhesive head is too hard, incomplete printing patterns may occur because the pattern is too small and the adhesive head is too hard. The glue head itself does not adsorb the pattern ink on the steel plate onto the glue head, so the pattern printing will not be complete. If your pattern has fine floral patterns, be sure to use a soft glue head for printing, which can solve the problem.
If the moisture content in the ink is too high, the printed pattern will also be incomplete, with spots appearing. It is recommended to clean the oil cup and replace it with new ink.
