1.Preparation materials: Ensure that you have the IOTA LSR 3100 series A and B silicone components, as well as the required molds on hand.

2.Mixed silicone gel: Mix the A and B components of silicone gel evenly in a clean, anhydrous container according to the specified ratio (usually 1:1, but please refer to the product manual). Note that the mixing process should be slow and thorough to ensure complete fusion of the two components.

3.Pour into the mold: Slowly pour the mixed silicone into the prepared mold to avoid the formation of bubbles. Due to the self defoaming property of the IOTA LSR 3100 series, even if a small amount of bubbles are generated, they will disappear on their own.

4.Waiting for curing: Place the mold at room temperature and wait for the silicone to fully cure. The curing time depends on the thickness of the silicone and room temperature, but usually does not exceed 24 hours.

5.Demolding: After the silicone is completely cured, gently remove the kneading toy from the mold. Due to the easy demolding feature of the IOTA LSR 3100 series, this process should be very effortless.

6.Cleaning and Inspection: Finally, gently wipe the surface of the toy with a clean cloth or tissue to remove any residual silicone or impurities. At the same time, inspect the toys for any damage or defects to ensure the quality of the final product.
