Description
Toy Kneading liquid silicone rubber is a food grade two-component platinum catalyzed silicone elastomer. After mixing and curing AB components, it forms an extremely flexible material soft elastic material, with unique physical properties and tactile sensation, is the preferred material for stress relieving toys such as pinching and kneading.

How to Use
1. Before using the new mold, the surface or the surface of the material that needs to be sealed can be cleaned with white electric oil or 3% detergent water, and then air dried;
2. Mix AB components evenly in a weight ratio of AB=1:1, which can be weighed and mixed. Alternatively, our AB automatic glue filling machine can be used to improve production efficiency. After mixing, defoaming can be used for pouring. If DIY, users only need to mix evenly in one direction according to the proportion to pour the mold;
3. Defoaming: Pour the AB glue into stainless steel buckets with filter screens, and send them together with the buckets into a vacuum box for vacuum defoaming. The defoaming process takes about 10-30 minutes, or it can be manually mixed and sent to a defoamer for 2-6 minutes;
4. When demolding and taking out the product, it can be done in 3-5% detergent water. The mold does not need to be cleaned again and can be reused after drying;
5. If it is necessary to add color paste for color matching, it is recommended to use an electric mixing tool to thoroughly mix it with adhesive A. If manual color matching is required, the color paste can be placed on the wall of the adhesive cup and slowly mixed and ground with the adhesive to ensure that the color paste is fully compatible with the adhesive;
6. Curing conditions: Adjust according to the mold and application scenario. Generally, the curing time at room temperature is three times the operating time, which means that a one hour operation can completely demold in three hours.
Notes:
1. Non dangerous goods, stored in a sealed and cool place, protected from rain and direct sunlight. The storage period is 1 year.
2. This series of products should not be mixed with condensed silicone rubber, sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen and other compounds during use, otherwise it will affect the vulcanization of the rubber. If a condensation type mold has been used before, it must be cleaned with solvents such as white electric oil, otherwise the surface of the mold cannot be vulcanized or sticky.
