Fluorosilicon material is an emerging material developed on the basis of organic silicon materials and organic fluorine materials. Fluorosilicone polymers, due to their silicon oxygen bonds in the main chain structure and fluorinated alkyl groups in the side chain structure, possess both high-temperature chemical corrosion resistance and oil resistance properties of fluorocarbon rubber, as well as excellent high-temperature tensile retention and low-temperature flexibility of silicone rubber. Foreign experts believe that fluorosilicone rubber is the only synthetic rubber that is resistant to oil and solvents and can be used in a wide temperature range of -68 ℃ -232 ℃. Fluorosilicone rubber, also known as gamma trifluoropropyl methyl polysiloxane, is a type of silicone elastomer modified by side chains. Usually, products made of fluorosilicone rubber not only have the characteristics of general silicone rubber, but also have excellent oil resistance, including fuel, engine oil, chemical reagents, and solvents. Therefore, fluorosilicone rubber effectively compensates for the insufficient oil resistance of ordinary silicone rubber and can be regarded as the "king of new materials" in organic silicone elastomers. Due to the excellent oil resistance of fluorosilicone rubber and the heat resistance of its organic silicone elastomer, this material is particularly suitable for applications that require high temperature and fuel resistance, such as seals, hoses, rubber pads, films, and impregnated products. It is an indispensable special material for the automotive industry, modern military industry, aerospace industry, transportation industry such as automobiles and ships, petrochemical industry, as well as medical and health departments such as artificial organs.
