On March 31, the state certification and Accreditation Administration issued the Announcement No. 6 in 2020, namely the announcement of the certification and Accreditation Administration on the qualification conditions of green product certification bodies and the first batch of Certification Implementation Rules.
It is pointed out in the announcement that certification bodies with qualification conditions can apply to CNCA according to the scope of the first batch of catalogue of green product certification, and carry out green product certification according to relevant certification implementation rules (see Annex) after approval.
According to the announcement, the implementation rules of this green product certification are divided into 12 categories: wood-based panel and wood floor, coating, sanitary ceramics, building glass, solar water heating system, furniture, thermal insulation materials, waterproof sealing materials, ceramic bricks (boards), textile products, wood plastic products, paper and paper products.
Among them, the implementation rule of green product certification "waterproof and sealing materials" is applicable to green product certification of various waterproof and sealing materials, including asphalt based waterproof roll, polymer waterproof roll, waterproof coating and sealant.
The certification mode is: initial inspection + product sampling inspection + Post certification supervision.
The basic process of certification includes:
1) Certification application 2) initial inspection 3) product sampling inspection 4) certification result evaluation and approval 5) post certification supervision note: initial inspection includes data technology review and on-site inspection.
Division of certification units:
The products classified by the certification unit are asphalt based waterproof roll, polymer waterproof roll, waterproof coating and sealant. Among them, the asphalt based waterproof roll is divided into tire modified, tire free modified and glass fiber reinforced asphalt tile; the polymer waterproof roll is divided into rubber plastic and plastic; the waterproof coating is divided into water-based waterproof coating and high solid content waterproof coating; the sealant is divided into silicone, silane terminated polyether, polyurethane, polysulfide, acrylic acid and butyl.
Certification basis standard:
GB / T 35609-2017 green product evaluation waterproof and sealing materials.
Use of certification mark:
Enterprises that have passed the certification and obtained the certification certificate can use or display the green product identification in the approved product body, nameplate, packaging, attached documents (such as instruction manual, certificate of conformity), operating system, electronic sales platform, etc., with the style shown in Figure 1.
When using the logo, the licensed enterprise shall comply with the requirements of the administrative measures for the use of green product logo issued by the State Administration of market supervision (Announcement No. 20, 2019 of the State Administration of market supervision) and the administrative requirements of the license issuing agency for the logo.
