5、 Registration method
1. For individual or team participation, the number of team members shall not exceed 5, and one team leader must be indicated. The name of the same contestant can only appear once on the application list, and the violator will be disqualified.
2. Before April 15, each contestant or team shall fill in and submit the application form for individual / group participation in the "AHU grape Cup" College Students' landscape creative design competition (Annex 1) and the materials of the entries to the email: xysahz@126.com, waiting for the confirmation email or SMS notice from the organizing Committee; those overdue submissions will not be registered and will not be selected.
3. Each contestant or team can apply to join the QQ communication group of "AHU grape Cup" Design Competition: 1091295996 for communication.
6、 Timing
1. Registration time: from today to April 15, 2020;
2. Submission time of competition works: April 15-may 10;
3. the novel coronavirus pneumonia is affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic. The time of centralized reporting and evaluation is announced separately. The results are released according to the actual announcement time.
4. Award ceremony time: the second grape culture festival of Xinyi City in 2020 will present awards on the spot, the specific time will be notified separately.
7、 Entry requirements
1. Participants are required to submit the materials of their main works, including but not limited to the general plan, sectional elevation, aerial view and effect drawing Node detail drawing, pipe line drawing, design and construction description, etc
Results submitted:
(1) 1-2 A0 (1189mm × 841mm) electronic drawings, vertical typesetting, 2cm for each side, resolution of 300dpi, JPG format, file volume of each drawing between 10-20m
(2) Electronic version of A3 atlas, each picture is labeled with its own name (for example: 1 general plan. JPG, 2 aerial view. JPG And so on)
The file size of each drawing shall be no more than 5m, compressed and stored in a file package
2. The entries are in line with the theme of "wine intoxicated Bashan, crystal color lake", give full play to creative and innovative thinking, take the development of grape industry as the guide, take the deep integration of agriculture, culture and tourism as the support, and form the design scheme of large and small circle lines in the core area of grape Industrial Park. The overall design scheme is required to be fashionable and novel, scientific in planning and design, reasonable in cost budget and operable.
3. Submission specifications of entries:
Before May 10, the paper materials of the entries were A3 (297 × 420mm), printed and bound, and three copies were mailed to the people's Government of AHU Town, Xinyi City, Jiangsu Province by EMS

4. The entries submitted by the contestants must be the main works (with full independent intellectual property rights), and there shall be no plagiarism or plagiarism of others' intellectual property rights. The contestants shall be responsible for the legality of the entries.
8、 Evaluation method
After the preliminary evaluation by the expert team, each contestant who enters the final evaluation will take the PPT of the entries and the auxiliary materials required for the personal report and speech, and go to the competition site for the report and evaluation according to the notice schedule. The organizing committee invited experts and scholars from the industry and experts from the planning department of Xinyi City to participate in the on-site evaluation, review and scoring of the works, and announced the scores to the competitors on the spot. After all the works are reviewed, the final results will be publicized according to the specified time, and the award-winning information will be released.

9、 Award settings
One first prize: 10000 yuan, one certificate and one trophy
Two second prizes: 5000 yuan for each prize, one certificate and one trophy
Three third prizes: 2000 yuan for each prize, one certificate and one trophy
4 excellent Awards: 1000 yuan for each, one certificate
8-10 finalists: 200 yuan for each, one certificate
Three excellent instructors: each with a bonus of 1000 yuan and a certificate
10、 Other matters
1. The organizer can use the entries free of charge as a plan to improve the planning of AHU grape Industrial Park in Xinyi City.
2. The submitted materials and materials will not be returned after the competition review. The participants are requested to backup and keep them before submission.
3. Affected by the epidemic situation, the site investigation is not uniformly arranged in the early planning and design stage. If the site investigation is really necessary, please contact by email or telephone in advance, and pay for the return trip.
