Shanghai Zhongshi Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Nanjing Agricultural University. According to the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China and relevant laws, regulations and rules, it conducts domestic public bidding for the procurement project of container crop phenotypic climate cabin of Nanjing Agricultural University Scientific Research Institute. Suppliers with the qualification of this project are welcome to participate in the bidding.
1、 Project Overview:
1. Project name: procurement project of container crop phenotypic climate cabin of Scientific Research Institute of Nanjing Agricultural University
2. Project No.: zh2020020056 (internal no. of agency: bidding 2020-0942)
3. Budget amount: 1.4 million yuan. If the bid price of the bidder exceeds the budget amount, the bid will be invalid.
4. Bidding content: Nanjing Agricultural University purchases two sets of container crop phenotypic climate cabin, each including artificial climate environment control, sensor, software system and other contents. (see Part III procurement requirements of bidding document for details)
5. Delivery time: within 60 days after the signing of the contract, the installation, commissioning and acceptance are completed.
6. Project location: Baima base of Nanjing Agricultural University.
7. Government procurement to be implemented in the procurement project: if the project is in line with the government's policies of compulsory procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmental protection products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for the disabled, support for small and medium-sized micro enterprises, support for prisons and drug rehabilitation enterprises, relevant policies will be implemented.
2、 Qualified bidders must meet the following conditions:
1. Suppliers complying with Article 22 of the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China;
2. Other qualification requirements:
1) As of the deadline for bid submission, it has not been included in the list of "credit China" (www.creditchina. Gov.cn) dishonest executors, the list of parties involved in major tax violations and the list of records of serious violations of government procurement on China government procurement network (www.ccgp. Gov.cn).
3、 Joint venture bidding is not accepted for this project.
4、 The project will not accept imported products (the imported products refer to the products imported into China through customs declaration and inspection and released from abroad).
5、 The bidding documents shall be sold at the same time of application, and the specific time and place are as follows:
1. Registration time: from April 29, 2020 to May 9, 2020, from 9 to 11 a.m. and from 13 to 17 p.m. (Beijing time, except weekends and holidays).

3. Price of bidding documents: 600 yuan / copy (cash, non refundable after sale)

4. Application method:
1) All bidding documents are sold online without on-site purchasing. The legal representative or the authorized client shall send the scanning copy with official seal to sunfangfang@cwcc.net.cn for registration review.
2) Before the deadline for application, the bidder shall remit the purchase fee of the bidding documents to the bidding agency through corporate bank transfer.
3) The purchase fee of the bidding document shall be transferred by public-private bank. After the remittance is completed, the remittance voucher shall be sent to the above mailbox for confirmation. The purchase fee invoice of the bidding document shall be sent to all bidders by express delivery before the deadline for bid submission after successful application
6、 Information to be submitted for registration:
1. Legal person qualification certificate (such as business license or legal person registration certificate, etc.);
2. Power of attorney and ID card of the authorized person.
Note: copies of the above materials (with official seal) shall be provided. Bidders who fail to obtain the bidding documents as required will be rejected.

If the bidder is unable to deliver the bidding documents in person before the deadline for submission of bidding documents due to epidemic prevention and control, it can be delivered by mail or express delivery. 8、 Time of bid opening meeting: the same as the deadline for bid submission

The bidder may not attend the bid opening meeting due to epidemic prevention and control. If the bidder does not attend the bid opening meeting, it shall be deemed to recognize the bid opening process and results of the project.
