Shanghai Zhongshi Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Nanjing Agricultural University to conduct internal bidding for desktop leaf area instrument procurement project of Nanjing Agricultural University Scientific Research Institute (for the project not subject to bidding according to law, it is the tenderee's own bidding). Suppliers with the qualification of this project are welcome to participate in the bidding.
1、 Project Overview:

3. Budget amount: 180000 yuan only; if the bidder's bid price for this project exceeds the procurement budget, it will be invalid.
4. Bidding content: a set of desktop leaf area instrument of Nanjing Agricultural University procurement Science Research Institute (see Part III procurement requirements of bidding document for details)
5. Delivery time: within 90 days after the signing of the contract, the installation, commissioning and acceptance are completed.
2、 Qualified bidders must meet the following conditions:
1. Suppliers complying with Article 22 of the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China;
2. As of the deadline for submission of bidding documents, it has not been listed in the "credit China (www.creditchina. Gov.cn) list of dishonest executors, the list of parties involved in major tax violations and the list of records of serious violations of government procurement on the" China government procurement network "(www.ccgp. Gov.cn);
3. The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship may not participate in the procurement activities under the same contract;
4. In addition to single source procurement projects, suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement projects.
3、 Whether the project accepts the joint venture offer: not accepted.
4、 Whether the project accepts the response of imported products: accept (the imported products refer to the products imported into China through customs declaration and inspection and released from abroad).

4. Registration method:
1) All bidding documents are sold online without on-site purchasing. The legal representative or the authorized client shall send the scanning copy of the materials to be submitted with official seal to liusiaoxiao@cwcc.net.cn for registration review.
2) The supplier shall remit the purchase fee of the bidding documents to the bidding agency by corporate bank transfer before the deadline for application.
3) The purchase fee of the bidding document shall be transferred by public-private bank. After the remittance is completed, the remittance voucher shall be sent to the above mailbox for confirmation. The tender fee invoice shall be sent to all bidders by express delivery before the deadline for bid submission after successful application.
6、 Information to be submitted for registration:

If the bidder is unable to deliver the bidding document in person before the deadline for receiving the bidding document due to epidemic prevention and control, it can be delivered by mail or express delivery. 8、 Time of bid opening meeting: the same as the deadline for bid submission

The bidder may not attend the bid opening meeting due to epidemic prevention and control. If the bidder does not attend the bid opening meeting, it shall be deemed to recognize the bid opening process and results of the project.
