2、 Reasons for adopting single source procurement method and relevant descriptions
The GC / MS 6890n / 5973 of our laboratory was purchased in 2003 with the fixed asset number of 20031604 and the original value of 640000 yuan. It has been used for 17 years. Now the main board and other main hardware have aged and can not be started. Agilent's maintenance quotation fee is 120000 and there is no warranty. The instrument is required for scientific research, residue test project and external service. At present, there is still a residue test project using the instrument to detect, which is in urgent need of use. Agilent has a complete set of refurbishment and maintenance services, including mass spectrometer host, gas phase host, sample tray, sample tower, etc. the technical parameters of the refurbished instrument can meet the requirements of the factory in that year, and include a one-year warranty. In view of this, we hereby apply to purchase a complete set of services for gas quality directional renovation by means of single source procurement.
