According to the requirements of the notice of the National Standardization Management Committee on the issuance of 44 compulsory national standard preparation and revision plans (GB Standard Committee [2019] No. 14) such as & lt; car tire & gt;, the national standard silicone structural sealant for building was approved and revised with the plan number of 20190053-q-339, replacing GB 16776-2005 and GB 24266-2009. The standard is under the management and guidance of the Ministry of industry and information technology, China Building Materials Federation, and is jointly revised by China building waterproof Association, construction materials industry technology supervision and Research Center, China building materials inspection and Certification Group Suzhou Co., Ltd.
On April 14, 2020, the first working meeting of the establishment and organization was held in Beijing in the form of video conference. Department of raw materials, Ministry of industry and information technology, Department of building materials, Changyue Quanhua, cadre Bai Yunfeng, Shi Lin, director of structure and adjustment development department of China Building Materials Federation, Zhou Liwei, and building sealing materials sub Technical Committee (SAC / tc195 / SC3) of National Technical Committee for standardization of light and decoration building materials Secretary General Duan Aiping, Secretary General of China building waterproof Association Zhu Dongqing and 39 members of the preparation team attended the video conference.
Entrusted by the centralized management unit, the meeting is presided over by Secretary General Zhu Dongqing.
Mr. Yue Quanhua made the opening and mobilization work for the conference on the revision of compulsory national standards of silicone structural sealant for building curtain wall (GB 16776). He asked the preparation team to fully investigate, widely listen to the opinions of all parties, seriously discuss, pool their ideas, do a good job in the drafting, verification, review and approval of the standards, and actively promote the revision and implementation of the standards.
Director Zhou Liwei asked the preparation team to strictly implement the provisions of the newly issued Measures for the administration of compulsory national standards, strictly implement the requirements of the planning documents of the national standards committee, complete all the work of standard drafting according to the established actual nodes, ensure the openness and transparency of the process of compulsory standard formulation, stand at the national level, and carefully prepare.
Secretary General Duan Aiping gave guidance on the preparation outline, division of labor and schedule of the standard preparation team.
Professor Zhu Zhiyuan, deputy general manager of China building materials inspection and Certification Group Suzhou Co., Ltd., introduced the main contents of the preparation of silicone structural sealant for building curtain wall, and Shang Huasheng, Deputy Secretary General of China building waterproof Association, introduced the division of tasks and schedule of the preparation. The representatives at the meeting fully discussed the preparation outline, main technical issues, test verification, division of labor, etc. According to the discussion results of the meeting, the preparation group modified the relevant meeting documents.
