On February 3, 2020, the bidding Office of Nanjing Agricultural University initiated the bidding, and Jiangsu Jianyou Engineering Project Management Consulting Co., Ltd. won the bid for phase I project construction.
Officially announced on April 4, 2020. Nanjing Agricultural University (Huai'an Xuyi) modern agricultural experiment and demonstration base project is located in Ninghuai emerging industry science and Technology Park, huanghuatang Town, with a total land area of 20022 ㎡, a total building area of 15425.95 ㎡, a plot ratio of 0.77, a total building area of 4354.41 ㎡, a building density of 21.75%, and a green land ratio of 35.00%. Now through Xuyi daily, project site and Xuyi county people's government website (http://admin.xuyi.gov.cn/xzspj/), the project plan is publicized before approval. The publicity time is from April 4, 2020 to April 13, 2020.
