Now, suppliers meeting relevant conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

2、 Brief description of bidding project:
1. Construction content and objective: the replacement area of this project is the part area of the second and third floors of the building and the studio on the sixth floor of the South Building (see the attachment drawing of the bidding document for the construction area), specifically as follows:
1) The original central air conditioning system (including indoor and outdoor units and pipes, excluding the fresh air system) in the renewal area shall be removed to the designated location, and other central air conditioning systems still in use shall not be damaged or affected after removal.
2) Supply and installation of indoor and outdoor units and pipes of the new central air conditioning system in the renewal area (total heat exchanger shall be built in the sixth floor studio of South Building, and fresh air system shall not be built in other areas), and the cooling and heating effect shall reach the target (see the cooling capacity indicated in the construction drawings in the bidding document).
3) Restore and supplement the ceiling, wall and other decoration parts damaged due to demolition, installation and construction needs.
4) A set of centralized control system (see the annex of the bidding document air conditioning transformation configuration table of nannongda Library (phase II))
2. Contract performance period: complete all contents of the project construction within 45 days after signing the contract and deliver them for use.
3. Budget amount: 1.05 million yuan
Note: the price offered by the supplier shall not exceed the budget amount, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
3、 Supplier qualification requirements:
1. In accordance with Article 22 of the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China, provide supporting materials (including but not limited to):
1) Have the ability to bear civil liability independently, provide business license and other supporting documents of legal person or other organizations, and affix official seal on the copies;
2) Power of attorney of legal representative (original) and copy of ID card of legal representative and authorized representative (if the legal representative directly participates in the bidding, the power of attorney may not be provided);
3) The supplier must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China, have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system, and provide the financial status report (at least including the balance sheet and profit statement) of any month within six months from the time of bid opening (if the legal person or other organization is established less than three months, it may not provide) or the credit certificate issued by its bank (copy) (within six months before bid opening), or the copy of the audited financial report of the previous year, with official seal affixed;

5) In the past three years (less than three years since its establishment) of participating in government procurement activities, there is no major illegal record in business activities (providing letter of commitment, self-made format, major illegal record refers to the criminal punishment or administrative punishment such as ordering the supplier to stop production or business, revoking the license or license, large amount, etc. due to illegal business operation);
6) Have a good record of paying taxes in accordance with the law, and provide copies of tax payment vouchers in any month within six months from the time of bid opening with official seal (for tax exemption in accordance with the law, corresponding documents shall be provided);

8) The bidding for imported products will not be accepted in this bidding (Note: the term "imported products" in this document refers to the products that enter China through customs declaration and inspection and are produced outside the customs).
2. The project will not accept the joint venture bid, and it is not allowed to subcontract after winning the bid.
3. The following circumstances in which the supplier is refused to participate in this procurement: (1) if the person in charge of the supplier unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract. (2) Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement project shall not participate in the procurement activities of the project. (3) Suppliers who are not included in the list of dishonest executors, parties to major tax violations, and records of serious violations of government procurement are refused to participate in government procurement activities.
