Nanjing Agricultural University is a national key university directly under the Ministry of education with the advantages and characteristics of agriculture and life sciences and the coordinated development of agriculture, science, economics, management, engineering, literature and law. It is a national key construction University of "211 Project", "985 advantage discipline innovation platform" and "double first-class" first-class discipline construction university. In the fourth round of the first level discipline evaluation by the Ministry of education, four disciplines were awarded a + and ranked 11th in the national universities; in the global ranking of ESI disciplines, eight disciplines entered the top 1% of the world, including agricultural science, botany and zoology. At present, the University ranks No. 9 in U.S.News "the best Agricultural Science University in the world". Recruitment target and position list
It is mainly the outstanding doctoral graduates and postdoctors from well-known universities or scientific research institutions at home and abroad in 2020, generally no more than 35 years old. In 2020, the university will provide 194 teaching and scientific research posts (see the attached table, excluding post doctoral teachers); for specific requirements of recruitment posts, please consult the contact person of each college.
Safeguard measures
(1) Living conditions: a subsidy of 2000 yuan / month will be given to each new doctor, including 2500 yuan / month for the doctoral degree holders of famous foreign universities or educational research institutions. (2) Scientific research support: the university grants the start-up fee of scientific research for new teachers with doctor's degree. The standard is: 100000 yuan for natural sciences and 60000 yuan for Humanities and social sciences. In addition, in principle, the employing units and their teams provide a certain amount of scientific research funding guarantee to ensure that young teachers can quickly integrate into the team, carry out scientific research and teaching work, and create conditions for their independent innovative research. (3) Career development: the school provides all-round learning and training opportunities for new young teachers, and creates good conditions for the growth of young teachers through the implementation of academic rookie program, academic ability training program, study abroad program, etc. (4) Special support: for the outstanding young doctors, the school has set up a "Zhongshan scholar" academic rookie program. During the training period, the school will give the candidates a talent allowance of 50000 yuan per year and other living and working conditions support. For the teachers who enter the post doctoral mobile station, the school will give each person an annual salary of 180000 yuan.
Recruitment procedures
(1) Application for registration
1. Please log in to "online recruitment system of Nanjing Agricultural University" (https://rsrcw.njau.edu.cn/rczp.htm) (hereinafter referred to as "recruitment system"), fill in personal information and submit relevant attachments, and register for the first time.
2. After the applicant registers and submits the application intention and materials, please log in the recruitment system at any time to pay attention to the recruitment process. The school will send all kinds of notices and messages through the recruitment system (college, school interview notice, etc.), and please reply to the personal intention in time.
(2) Assessment
The talent recruitment team of each college shall determine the candidates to be hired and recommend them to the school through material review, appointment, interview, etc. The recruitment Committee of the University shall organize public interview and assessment for all recommended candidates, determine the personnel and form to be employed, and submit them to the president's office meeting for approval after being reviewed by the leading group of the recruitment work of the University.
(3) Physical examination
The proposed Personnel approved by the president's office meeting shall go to the hospital designated by the school for physical examination and submit the physical examination report.
(4) Publicity
The proposed employees who pass the physical examination shall be publicized on the school homepage and the school's human resources network for a period of 7 days.
(5) Apply for employment
For the candidates who have no objection to the public announcement, go through the enrollment procedures (for the acceptance of graduates, the transfer of postdoctoral and existing staff, and the employment of overseas returnees, they shall be submitted to the Department of human resources and social security of Jiangsu Province for approval); for those who are employed in the form of postdoctoral teachers, go through the post doctoral entry procedures according to the provisions, in accordance with the Interim Measures for the management of postdoctoral teachers of Nanjing Agricultural University Conduct management (for specific policies, please consult Chen Hua, teacher of talent office: 025-84399064).
