Bioactive silicone is an essential nutrient for human body. Organosilicon is an important element that constitutes human tissue and participates in metabolism. It's found in every cell of the body, acts as a support for cell construction, and assists in the absorption of other important substances such as magnesium, phosphorus and calcium. The human body can only continuously obtain silicone through food.
Scientists believe organosilicon exists in the body in three main forms:
(1) soluble organic silicon, accounting for 10% of the weight;
(2) 30% are present in various cell matrices;
(3) 60% is used to synthesize protein, which means that our daily requirement of silicone is quite high.
It is important to consume 20-30 mg of silicone per day if you want to stay young for 5, 10 or even 30 years.
