Generally speaking, each rubber material should have a certain material weight, a certain plasticity, hardness and specific gravity value when it is produced according to the formulated formula and operating procedures. The purpose of quick inspection is to identify whether the performance of the mixed rubber is the same as the required indicators. If it is in line with the allowable indicators, it can be put into the next process for production. If there is a certain index does not match, then suspend the use, should find out the existing problem and take the corresponding treatment method.

The following remedial measures can be taken after the quick inspection of the adhesive material is found to be a quality problem:

1. Plasticity is large or small
If the material weight, hardness and specific gravity are normal, you can add a small amount of normal glue to use, or mix the larger one with the smaller one.

2, mixing is not uniform
The mixing should be supplemented. If the material weight, plasticity, hardness and specific gravity are normal after the mixing, the normal rubber can be put into use.

3, missing or add more raw materials (material weight can be too small)
This situation is complex and should be handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, it can be adjusted according to the test results of physical and mechanical properties and changed to low grade rubber materials (such as pad rubber or triangle rubber, etc.).

4, glue burning
Coking is also called early vulcanization, that is, the rubber material in the operation before vulcanization or revision process should not be in advance of local vulcanization phenomenon. Coke processing:

A. For slightly burnt rubber material, the roller temperature can be rapidly reduced to below 45 degrees, the roller distance can be reduced to 1-1.5mm, and the rubber material can be thinly passed several times to make it cool and restore plasticity.
B. For the glue with slightly heavy coke, 1-2% stearic acid should be added in the thin pass, and then 10-20% of it should be added into the normal glue.
C, for the more serious coke glue, after adding stearic acid in thin, 2-3% oil softener should be added. This can play a leavening effect. The glue after such treatment should be degraded.
