Because of rubber mixing, all kinds of additives have not been evenly dispersed, at the same time, because the rubber macromolecular chain by the rubber mixer shearing, tearing, friction and other stresses generated are not completely eliminated. The vulcanized products at this time, the size and shape of the specification is difficult to ensure, the shrinkage is uneven, the product surface luster is poor, very rough, low qualified rate, physical properties and poor performance, short service life. Therefore, rubber mixing is generally parked for 24 hours before it can be put into use.
Why should rubber mixing glue park:

First, in the mixing process, the rubber macromolecular chain needs to be eliminated by the stress of the rubber mixer, so that the rubber macromolecular chain is in a relatively stable state, to prevent large deformation and uneven shrinkage after vulcanization;

Second, make a variety of additives in rubber further dispersed evenly, and rubber macromolecular chain adsorption, affinity, retention, the formation of more inclusive rubber, so as to improve the reinforcement of rubber;

Third, reduce the uneven shrinkage and appearance defects of finished products;

Fourth, when the mixing glue is parked, the physical properties can be checked quickly to see whether the mixing glue has reached the expected physical properties.

After the mixing glue is parked before use, it is generally to be refined, its purpose is:

1, make a variety of additives in the compound further dispersed evenly;
2. Destroy the crystallization formed in the mixing glue in the parking, so that the glue becomes soft and convenient for molding operation;
3. Improve the fluidity and self-adhesive of the glue to facilitate the molding and operation process;
4. Improve the appearance quality and qualification rate of finished products.
