how to use 

1. Cleaning of the adhesive surface: the surface of the bonded substrate must be clean and dry, free of dust, oil and water stains;
2. Adhesive tape: In order to prevent the sealant from contaminating the non-construction part, put protective tape on both sides of the gluing part before sizing;
3. Ambient temperature and humidity have a great influence on the surface and curing of sealant. It is recommended that the construction environment temperature be 5 ~ 35 ° C, humidity 50 ~ 70% RH;
4. Glue: Use a blade to cut the rubber mouth horizontally. The size of the nozzle depends on the rubber, so that the nozzle touches the surface to be adhered as much as possible. The sealant is uniformly and continuously extruded from the glue injection nozzle, and the nozzle should be moved evenly and slowly to ensure that the adhesive base is in full contact with the sealant, and the bubble or cavity generated by the nozzle to move too fast and discontinuous is prevented;
5. Modification: The gel is modified before the glue is dry. The usual method is to scrape off the excess glue outside the interface with a special scraper, and at the same time modify the interface surface into a flat surface;
6. Remove the protective tape: Remove the temporary protective tape immediately after the modification operation;
7. After curing and curing to the best bonding strength time, 3 to 5 days in summer and 5 to 7 days in winter.
