2. Structural materials required for purification workshop
● Walls and ceiling boards in workshops are generally made of 50mm (mm) thick sandwich color steel plates, which are characterized by beautiful appearance and strong rigidity. Arc wall corners, doors, window frames, etc. are generally made of special alumina profiles.
● The floor can be epoxy self-leveling floor or high-grade wear-resistant plastic floor. If anti-static requirements are required, anti-static type can be selected.
● The return air duct is made of hot-dip zinc plate, and it is attached with flame retardant phenolic resin (PF) foamed plastic plate with good purification and heat preservation effect.
● The stainless steel frame for efficient air outlet is beautiful and clean, and the painted aluminum plate for the punching screen is not rusty and sticky, so it should be cleaned.
3. Process used in 100,000-level purification workshop
● The air-conditioning system must be purified air-conditioning system with three stages of primary, intermediate and high efficiency filtering treatment. Ensure that the air sent into the room is clean air, which can dilute the polluted indoor air.
● Ensure a certain pressure in the room to prevent dust-free indoor air from being disturbed by outside air. The general industrial clean room requires a pressure difference between indoor and outdoor of 5-10Pa (Pa).
● The building envelope must ensure good air tightness, the building surface is smooth, no dust is generated, no dust is accumulated, and no leakage is caused.
