    Through research, the factors affecting the vulcanization performance of dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber mainly include vulcanization depth, relative humidity, and surface drying time. The following relationships exist between them.
      For dealcoholic RTV-1 silicone rubber, with the extension of the vulcanization time, the vulcanization depth of the rubber layer deepens, but the vulcanization time is not directly proportional to the vulcanization depth, but the deeper the vulcanization, the required vulcanization time doubles; At the same time, with the same adhesive layer thickness, as the relative humidity increases, the vulcanization time will be significantly shortened; and, as the vulcanization temperature increases, the surface drying time and vulcanization time will be correspondingly shortened; therefore, increasing the humidity and temperature It can shorten the curing time and deepen the curing depth of dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber.
