1. Control method for solving air bubbles generated by hydrogen-containing silicone oil
Strictly control the raw materials, and do not use raw materials that can be dehydrogenated by condensation with butyl gum base, especially the raw materials are doped with trace amounts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil and other dehydrogenated materials to avoid the generation of bubbles.
2. The curing reaction of butyl rubber due to high ambient temperature, high humidity, or excessive addition of B component, caused the small molecule by-products released by the butyl rubber reaction to not be discharged in time to form bubbles.
To resolve this issue:
1) Control the temperature and humidity of the environment for insulating glass production and avoid high temperature rainy construction;
2) Measure and proportion in strict accordance with the ratio provided in the butyl rubber product specification;
3) Irregular inspections, such as glue pumps, ratio adjustment mechanisms, glue mixers, glue guns, etc., to ensure the correct mixing ratio.
3. When the butyl rubber is found to be leaking and cause bubbles to occur in the glass glue, a slight leak can be achieved by tightening the screw of the glue pump. If the leak is particularly serious, you must replace the beating pump with a new one or replace the worn out one. Seal.
4. Bubbles caused by irregular construction
Generally, this situation is related to too fast glue application, so the bubbles that appear in this case must be moderately injected. The mixed butyl glue should be coated in one direction, and the squeeze operation should be continuous and uniform. To ensure that the extruded glue is always in front of the gun mouth, that is, "pushing glue" movement.
5. Measures to solve the problem of bubble generation by manual mixing
When mixing the glue manually, it must be mixed uniformly. When mixing the glue, it is mixed in one direction. This method introduces few bubbles. After the two-component glue is fully stirred, the glue sample is scraped as far as possible with a spatula to squeeze out the bubbles.
6. The butyl rubber products are selected from manufacturers with a high level of formal production technology. Otherwise, the butyl rubber products may be wrapped with bubbles before leaving the factory, which will cause bubbles to appear in the construction of the insulating glass glue.
7. Insulating glass glue will cause bubbles when the bucket is changed improperly, so we must adopt a standard bucket change method.
For example, after changing the bucket, open the exhaust valve to completely exhaust the gas in the pressure plate, and when a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, close the exhaust valve, and then turn on the glue.
8. After the construction, the glass glue is exposed to light to generate bubbles, so the glue has been cured for a period of time, and the surface has been skinned. It has a certain ability to withstand sunlight. In this case, the possibility of the glass glue producing bubbles is relatively small.
