Process Adaptability, Efficient Curing
This series is a two-component 1:1 mixing system. Components A and B are filtered and deaerated, supplied as matched batches. Air-impermeable conveying, metering, and mixing equipment is strongly recommended. If bubbles are introduced during mixing, they must be fully removed with a vacuum device. Curing condition is 130°C × 5 minutes, rapidly curing at high temperature for high production efficiency. Avoid contact with materials that inhibit curing, such as amines, sulfur, and tin compounds.
