Structural adhesive is a kind of high strength (compressive strength> 65MPa, steel-steel positive tensile bond strength> 30MPa, shear strength> 18MPa), can withstand large loads, and is resistant to aging, fatigue, and corrosion. Stable internal performance, suitable for adhesives used for bonding strong structural parts.
The use of structural adhesives
Advantages of structural glue
1, easy to use: can be used at any time.
2, neutral curing: suitable for most building materials without adverse reactions or corrosion.
3. Excellent adhesiveness: no primer is needed, and it can form a strong adhesive force with most building materials.
4. Excellent anti-aging stability.
5. After curing, it has high modulus performance and can bear the telescopic displacement capacity of ± 25% of the interface.
Curing time of structural glue
It can be put into use after curing at 20 ~ 25 ℃ for 24 hours or after curing at 20 ~ 25 ℃ for 2 hours + 80 ℃ for 2 hours. If the temperature is low, heat or extend the curing time to promote curing.
The use of structural glue
The structural adhesive has high strength, resistance to peeling, impact resistance, and simple construction process. Used for bonding metals, ceramics, plastics, rubber, wood and other materials or between different materials. It can partially replace traditional connection forms such as welding, riveting, and bolting. The stress distribution on the joint surface is uniform, and there is no thermal influence and deformation on the part.
Stctural adhesives are widely used in engineering, mainly for the reinforcement, anchoring, bonding, repairing of components; such as sticky steel, carbon fiber, planting bars, crack reinforcement, sealing, hole repair, road nailing, surface protection, concrete Bonding, etc.
