During the printing process, 407 dilution water needs to be added to adjust viscosity, and the operation time should be controlled within 60 minutes. To eliminate printing bubbles, it is necessary to use a fan to blow them out and naturally level them before entering the baking process. The standard process includes one to three times of base coating, three to four times of monochrome printing, and two times of cover coating. Finally, it can be baked at 120 to 140 degrees Celsius for about one minute to ensure complete curing. The cured silicone pattern also has practical characteristics such as high and low temperature resistance, good breathability, and ironing ability, fully capable of meeting the strict requirements of outdoor sports products for waterproofing and anti slip.
