The production logic of traditional silicone rubber is' heavy '. The five processes of mixing, rolling, vulcanization, trimming, and secondary vulcanization are interrelated. If any one step goes wrong, the entire batch of products will be scrapped. And the two-component liquid silicone rubber compressed this lengthy chain into one action: injection. The A component and the B component meet in proportion in the mixing head, are injected into the mold, heated for several tens of seconds, the mold is opened to take the parts, and the finished product is directly produced. There are no flying edges that need to be trimmed, no bubbles that need to be tested, and no uneven vulcanization that needs to be reworked.

This is not a simple efficiency improvement, but a fundamental shift in manufacturing logic. The traditional process is "molding first and then correcting", while LSR is "one molding is the final product". A LSR injection machine combined with an automatic pick-up robotic arm can produce thousands of pieces per shift, with almost zero manual intervention. For scenarios such as medical devices and automotive components that require high consistency, LSR's process control capabilities far exceed traditional processes. The ratio of each batch of rubber material is precisely controlled by a computer, with an error of no more than one thousandth, which cannot be achieved by manual mixing.

The deeper change lies in mold design. Because LSR is a liquid injection, the mold can be designed to create complex structures that traditional processes cannot achieve, such as reverse molding, hollow molding, and multi cavity integrated molding. A mold can produce more than ten parts simultaneously, while traditional processes may require separate molds for each part. This means that LSR not only reduces the cost of individual items, but also significantly shortens the product development cycle, compressing the design to mass production process to less than two weeks.

LSR has made manufacturing "lighter" - with fewer processes, less labor, less waste, and faster response. In the era of precision manufacturing, this is the true competitiveness.
