Solid silicone raw materials are cheap, with low equipment investment, and can be dried with just one vulcanizing machine, without the need for hundreds of thousands of injection molding machines. For products such as silicone foot pads, sealing strips, and miscellaneous items that do not require high precision and transparency, the cost-effectiveness of solid silicone is still unbeatable.

Thirdly, extrusion and rolling processes. Liquid silicone cannot make long tubes and sheets. Silicone tubes, silicone plates, silicone strips, and other extruded and rolled products can only be made of solid silicone.

Fourth, special formula requirements. For products that require high hardness (above 80 degrees), special conductive formulas, and anti-static formulas, the blending flexibility of solid silicone gel is higher, while the formula adjustment space for liquid silicone gel is limited.
