Free from secondary vulcanization liquid silicone rubber is revolutionizing the traditional silicone rubber manufacturing process with the characteristic of "finished product upon mold release". In traditional processes, molded parts need to undergo secondary vulcanization in a 200 ℃ oven for several hours to reduce volatile components below regulatory limits. This process has high energy consumption, long cycle, and severely restricts automated production. The product without secondary vulcanization adopts platinum catalyzed addition reaction, and there is no release of small molecule by-products during the curing process. The volatiles naturally meet the standard when exiting the mold, completely eliminating the post-processing step.

The performance of this material is equally outstanding. It can work stably in the temperature range of minus 60 ℃ to 250 ℃, with a tear resistance strength of 50N/mm, a linear shrinkage rate of less than 0.1%, and a hardness range covering Shore A20 to A70. Among them, A45 hardness is the most widely used in the field of infant pacifiers. High quality products are semi transparent light blue in color, and the light transmittance can still maintain over 95% after high-temperature aging, giving the end product a pure and high-end texture.

In terms of curing process, it exhibits extremely strong flexibility. 2mm thick products can be cured in about 48 hours at room temperature, only about 5 minutes at 100 ℃, and 90 seconds at 120 ℃. The industry recommended optimal solution is to pre cure at 80 ℃ for 30 minutes and then cure at 110 ℃ for 2 hours, balancing efficiency and performance. 1: After automatic mixing of two components, both injection molding and pouring can achieve high automation, truly achieving unmanned lean manufacturing.
