Sulfur free silicone rubber is an innovative liquid silicone rubber material that achieves rapid curing without the need for secondary vulcanization treatment through optimized polymer structure design and efficient catalytic system. Its core feature is that it directly meets the performance standards required by sensitive field regulations after curing, without the need for additional high-temperature heat treatment, thereby significantly improving production efficiency and reducing energy consumption. This material has the characteristic of low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, and its weight percentage of volatile components can be less than 0.5% without secondary vulcanization.

Its physical performance is excellent, with a hardness range covering Shore A 30 to 70, strict tolerance control within ± 3, and tear resistance strength of over 45 Newton/millimeter. It has high elasticity, high and low temperature resistance (long-term use from -60 ℃ to 250 ℃), aging resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. The material is rapidly vulcanized through platinum catalyzed addition reaction during the curing process, and preliminary curing can be completed in 21 seconds at 130 ℃. The final performance of 2mm thick products can be achieved under the condition of 125 ℃ × 3 minutes, avoiding the traditional process of several hours of secondary vulcanization steps, making it possible for the production line to achieve full automation, especially suitable for large-scale production of injection molding process.
