Heat resistant addition molded liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is a high-performance silicone material cured by platinum catalyzed addition reaction. With its excellent heat resistance, no byproduct curing characteristics, and precision molding ability, it occupies an important position in the high-end manufacturing field. This material uses ethylene based silicone oil as the base adhesive and hydrogen containing silicone oil as the crosslinking agent. It is cured through the addition reaction of Si-H and ethylene based under the action of platinum catalyst, without producing small molecule by-products during the process. The volume shrinkage rate is less than 0.1%, making it very suitable for precision molding processes.

Its physical performance is outstanding, not only with high transparency (light transmittance over 95%) and high elasticity (rebound over 90%), but also with excellent tear resistance (30-50kN/m) and weather resistance, which can resist ultraviolet radiation, ozone and climate aging, and comply with FDA/medical grade certification. It has good biocompatibility, is non-toxic and odorless, and can be safely used in the medical field. In terms of processing technology, this material adopts two-component packaging (A: B=1:1 or 10:1), supports room temperature or heating curing (can accelerate curing to tens of minutes at 80-120 ℃), and the operation time is controllable. It is suitable for various processes such as injection molding, molding, brushing/pouring, etc., to meet the needs of different scenarios.

Widely used in various fields, including LED packaging, chip protective coatings, thermal conductive potting adhesives, cable accessories, and high-frequency transformer insulation, utilizing its high temperature resistance, insulation properties, and low dielectric loss characteristics; Used in the medical field for implants (such as artificial joints, heart valves), catheters, medical catheters, scar patches, and baby pacifiers/bottles, due to their good biocompatibility and resistance to high temperature disinfection (121 ° C steam sterilization);

Used in the automotive industry for engine gaskets, turbocharger sleeves, sensor packaging, and headlight lenses, meeting the requirements of high temperature resistance, oil resistance, and vibration resistance; Used in the fields of optics and aviation for optical lenses, fiber coatings, and spacecraft sealing materials, utilizing high transparency, radiation resistance, and wide temperature range characteristics; Other fields include mold making (resin/paraffin casting), 3D printing consumables, cosmetic microspheres, and waterproof coatings (such as fiberglass cloth coating), all of which are suitable due to their excellent weather resistance.
