Platinum catalysts, with platinum metal as the core active component, have demonstrated extensive application value in the fields of material synthesis and processing due to their high catalytic activity and selectivity.

In the processing of rubber products, platinum catalysts play a dual role as vulcanizing agents and catalysts. It can accelerate the vulcanization reaction of silicone rubber at lower temperatures, significantly shorten the production cycle, and endow the finished product with excellent elastic recovery rate and tear resistance. Especially in the field of infant and toddler products, such as the production of nipple and bottle glue, the high selectivity of platinum catalyst ensures that the vulcanization process does not produce harmful by-products. In the field of silicone resin and silicon gel preparation, the low-temperature curing characteristics of platinum catalyst enable the product to achieve deep curing at room temperature. The silicon gel prepared has high thermal conductivity while maintaining high light transmittance, making it an ideal choice for LED packaging materials.
