Adding too much silicone oil can damage the molecular weight of the silicone and cause the glue head to be too soft. The amount of curing agent added is generally controlled at 2% -3% of the total weight of silicone and silicone oil. Too much or too little can affect the performance of the adhesive head. The mixed silicone needs to be vacuum treated to eliminate bubbles and ensure the quality of the adhesive head.

During the operation, it is necessary to avoid impurities from entering to avoid affecting the quality of the adhesive head. At the same time, it is necessary to control the amount of curing agent added to ensure that the adhesive head has good elasticity and tear resistance. In addition, concentration is required during operation to avoid causing safety accidents. Different types of transfer printing silicone molds should not be mixed to avoid affecting the curing of silicone.
