1. Mixing: The appearance of the mold silicone is a flowing liquid, with component A being silicone and component B being a curing agent. Take a certain amount of silicone, add the corresponding proportion of curing agent (usually the ratio of silicone to curing agent is 100:2, but the specific ratio needs to be adjusted according to the product instructions), and stir evenly.

2. Exhaust bubble: After mixing the silicone and curing agent evenly, perform vacuum exhaust bubble treatment. The vacuum time should not be too long, and under normal circumstances should not exceed ten minutes.

3. Brushing or pouring: Pour the silicone that has been evacuated and deflated onto the product or model by brushing or pouring (before pouring the silicone, the product or model to be replicated must be coated with release agent or isolation agent). Brush or pour evenly, wait for a period of time (such as 30 minutes), and then stick a layer of gauze or weft cloth to increase the strength and tension of the silicone. Then apply a layer of silicone gel and stick a layer of gauze and weft cloth, usually done twice this way.

4. Making external molds: The general method and material used is to surround the mold with rubber or wooden boards, and then fill the mold with gypsum; Alternatively, resin coating can be used, where a layer of resin is applied followed by a layer of fiberglass cloth. Repeat this process for two or three layers to complete the production of the external mold.

5. Curing: After waiting for the silicone to fully cure, take out the product or model, and the mold is completed.
