The base polymer of RTV rubber is usually low molar mass terminal hydroxyl dimethicone or polymethylvinylsiloxane, RTV rubber can generally be divided into two types: one-component and two-component, among which silicone rubber with high mechanical properties has the advantages of low shrinkage and no by-products, and is often used in the field of molding; It has low mechanical properties, almost no functional fillers, excellent transparency, electrical properties, weather aging resistance, etc., and is widely used in medical and health, electronic industry and other fields.

Silicone rubber usually adds various fillers and additives, such as adding carbon black and gas silicon to reinforce the product, adding antioxidants to prevent rapid aging, etc. All kinds of different filler additives are added to silicone rubber in appropriate proportions, which can improve the various properties of silicone rubber and meet different production and use needs.
