1. Insufficient adhesion on the surface of the new adhesive head may result in ink transfer from the steel plate to the adhesive head, leading to printing defects. When such a situation occurs, gently wipe the cloth soaked in ink solvent on the adhesive head several times to dozens of times. Please confirm the completion status of the printing while using this method. It must be noted that wiping the adhesive head too strongly can cause excessive adhesion and result in ink residue. After trial printing, if printing defects still occur, please adjust the viscosity of the ink.

2. If the viscosity of the ink is too high, it will cause the ink to be difficult to transfer from the steel plate to the adhesive head. At this time, please add a solvent. During printing, the ink in the ink tank will increase in viscosity due to natural evaporation, so it is necessary to replenish the solvent in a timely manner.

3. If the solvent dries too quickly and the ink on the steel plate dries too quickly, printing defects may occur. When the room temperature is too high in summer, please choose a solvent that dries slowly.

4. The shape of the glue head is too flat, and the vertex of the glue head has poor ink transfer ability, so please try not to use the vertex of the glue head. Generally speaking, printed patterns are set at a distance of 3-5mm or more from the tip of the glue head.

5. When using the vertex of the glue head for printing, please use a pointed glue head with good ink transferability.

6. The ink distribution on the steel plate is incomplete, and the ink cannot be evenly applied to the steel plate. Some of the ink dries quickly, causing printing defects. Please check the gap between the ink scraper and the steel plate for the amount of ink overflowing
