HTV mainly uses high molecular weight polyethylene siloxane as raw rubber, mixed with reinforcing fillers, vulcanizing agents, etc., and vulcanized into elastomers under heating and pressure. Has high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance, oil resistance, and chemical reagent resistance.
Ordinary silicone rubber has moderate oil resistance, solvent resistance, and gas permeability (showing glove comfort, not sweating, etc.), and silicone rubber is non-toxic, odorless, safe, and environmentally friendly, so it is deeply loved by people.
Silicone rubber has excellent elasticity, as well as outstanding properties such as weather resistance and physiological inertness, and is widely used in fields such as aerospace, rail transportation, electronics and electronics, biomedical engineering, etc.

Silicone rubber is a polymer elastic material that combines inorganic and organic properties. Its main chain is composed of alternating silicon and oxygen atoms (- Si-O-Si -), and the side chains are carbon hydrogen or substituted carbon hydrogen organic groups connected to the silicon atoms.
This type of functional group can be methyl, unsaturated vinyl (with a mole fraction generally not exceeding 01005), or other organic groups. The low degree of unsaturation in the molecular structure gives silicone rubber excellent heat and weather resistance, as well as resistance to UV and ozone erosion.
The flexibility of molecular chains is high, and the interaction force between molecular chains is weak. These structural features make the vulcanized rubber soft and elastic, but its physical properties are poor.
