1. Mixing

Mix A and B evenly.
By weight ratio A: B=10: 1. Allocate to the mixing container and mix thoroughly.
For optimal results, it is recommended to perform vacuum degassing to help eliminate bubbles in the silicone gel.

2. Pouring

Pour the mixture into the lowest point of the container area, allowing the silicone rubber to naturally level and automatically deflate.
Suggestion: Use an automatic glue filling machine to prevent the formation of bubbles during the mixing and filling process of silicone gel.

3. Curing

Silicone rubber can basically cure within 24 hours at room temperature (73 ° F/23 ° C).
The curing characteristics of rubber: high temperature curing is fast, low temperature curing is slow. Please choose a curing temperature higher than 73 ° F/23 ° C. Adhesive silicone gel can only achieve optimal bonding performance after curing for 72 hours.
