The use of silicone rubber with different structures will directly affect the performance of the final product. But for methyl vinyl rubber, the content and distribution of vinyl groups also greatly affect the physical and mechanical properties and vulcanization characteristics of the vulcanized rubber.

(1) Vinyl content
Aiyota raw rubber is produced using pure D4 as raw material, with precise vinyl content and small and negligible fluctuations in content between different batches. Suitable vinyl content products can be selected based on different product requirements such as hardness and tear strength, ranging from 0.03% to 3.0%.

(2) Position and distribution of vinyl groups
The raw rubber produced by IOTA using D4 as the raw material has a more uniform distribution of ethylene based raw rubber on the side chain, thereby increasing cross-linking density and improving product rebound.

(3) Volatile content
High purity raw rubber, dry to the touch, low volatile matter, and fewer small molecules. Therefore, the odor is small, the anti yellowing performance is better, and it is easier to pass rigorous tests such as olive oil testing, resulting in products with low shrinkage.

(4) Uniformity of molecular weight distribution
Raw rubber with good fluidity is easy to disperse when diluted because the molecular molar mass distribution is uniform. Uneven raw rubber tends to clump into lumps when diluted.
