1. Material preparation
Firstly, select LSR liquid silicone rubber materials suitable for low-temperature environments and mix and match them as needed. Ensure that the materials used can maintain excellent elasticity and low-temperature resistance at low temperatures.

2. Mold preparation
The selection and preparation of molds are crucial for the encapsulation process. It is necessary to select a mold of appropriate size and thoroughly clean and inspect it to ensure no oil stains, dust, or damage, in order to ensure the surface quality of the coating layer.

3. Preprocessing
Pre treat the substrate, including cleaning, drying, and polishing steps, to remove surface oil stains, impurities, and oxide layers, and improve the adhesion between the silicone rubber layer and the substrate.

4. Apply glue
Uniformly coat LSR liquid silicone rubber on the surface of the pre treated substrate in a low-temperature environment. Multiple adhesive coating methods such as spray coating, roll coating, and dip coating can be used to ensure that the silicone rubber layer is evenly distributed, free of bubbles and impurities.

5. Low temperature curing
Place the coated substrate in a low-temperature environment for curing. During the curing process, LSR liquid silicone rubber will gradually solidify and form the required coating layer on the surface of the substrate. The purpose of low-temperature curing is to prevent rubber materials from hardening at high temperatures and maintain their excellent elasticity and low-temperature resistance.

6. Post processing
After curing, the coated product is subjected to post-processing, including trimming, polishing, and testing. Ensure that the surface of the coating is smooth, defect free, and meets the design requirements.
