1. Extrusion molding: The shape of the product is extruded into a long strip or tube shape by a machine, and then shaped at high temperature. Representative products include: foam silicone tubing, foam silicone sealing strips, which can be processed in various ways such as cutting, bonding, weaving, oil spraying, laser engraving, screen printing, etc.

2. Compression molding: A silicone mold is required for production. The rubber material is shaped through the mold and then subjected to high-temperature vulcanization. The machine applies a certain pressure, and after a few minutes, the mold is released, and the product can be basically formed. Representative products: silicone buttons, silicone sleeves, foam rings, irregular and shapeless products.

3. Injection molding: It is the process of injecting rubber material into a mold, heating it first and then melting the silicone inside the mold, and then shaping the rubber material through mechanical pressure. It is a hot vulcanization process. Its products are characterized by high flexibility and excellent comfort, making them very suitable for mid to high end products, especially those in contact with the human body. Representative products include milk bottles, nipples, and kitchen utensils.
