2. Injection
This process requires high quality and is a combination of liquid silicone and plastic. Its products exhibit good thermal stability, cold resistance, excellent electrical insulation performance, and do not produce toxic substances during combustion. Therefore, it has become an irreplaceable material in the production design of health products, automobiles, baby products, medical supplies, diving products, kitchen utensils, and seals.

3. Solid state injection
In the processing of solid silicone products, the transfer injection process has a very similar processing method to the liquid state, but it has the same production method as the solid state, using the same machine and raw materials. However, the mold is the same as the liquid silicone mold, mainly squeezing the material into the root of the product. This method can use the same hardness of solid silicone, and then press it forcefully into the mold cavity and form it. However, compared with liquid silicone materials, it naturally does not have as good fluidity.

4. Extrusion
Extrusion molding, extruded silicone products are usually formed by extruding silicone using an extrusion machine. The shape of extruded silicone is generally long, and the shape of the tube can be cut freely. The shape of the product made by the extrusion process is relatively simple, mostly in the form of a strip. Silicone tubing is widely used in the fields of medical and mechanical equipment. It can also be used as a buffer in packaging materials.

5. Rolling
Silicone rubber is kneaded and mixed with white carbon black, silicone oil, etc. to make a mixed rubber, and then rolled into sheets. The film produced by rolling has significant differences in its longitudinal and transverse physical and mechanical properties, which is known as the rolling effect.

6. Infusion
The operation method of injection molding or pouring mold: Injection molding or pouring mold is used for relatively smooth or simple products, without mold lines, saving labor and time. It is to enclose the product or model you want to replicate with a rubber plate or glass plate, pour the evacuated silicone directly onto the product, wait for the silicone to dry and form, take out the product, and the mold is formed
