The highest temperature in a short period of time can reach around 350 ℃, commonly used for silicone with special performance requirements. High temperature resistant silicone hose is a hose composed of four or five layers of reinforced fabric and silicone rubber. The thickness of the silicone tube fabric layer is 0.4mm to 0.5mm, and the product can be used continuously at 250 ℃ and intermittently at 300 ℃.

1. The amount of vulcanizing agent added to the silicone raw material can be appropriately increased, or fast vulcanizing agents can be selected to accelerate the vulcanization speed of silicone products and shorten the molding time.

2. It is possible to increase the vulcanization temperature during molding appropriately, but the structure of general products may vary, so the specific temperature needs to be determined through testing.

3. Change the discharge method of silicone raw materials to ensure that the silicone raw materials can fill the entire inner wall of the mold as much as possible during the pressurization process.

4. Change the number of exhausts and exhaust stroke. According to common sense, the larger the exhaust stroke, the more times the exhaust is performed, which will be beneficial for exhaust. But in reality, this is not the case. We need to decide based on the structure of the product. Some silicone products have a large exhaust stroke, which can lead to problems such as bubbles.

5. The molding operator accelerates the operation speed and minimizes the time outside the mold to stabilize the temperature of the silicone product mold and improve the vulcanization speed of the silicone product.
