Conductive fillers mainly include carbon and metal systems. Carbon based conductive filler is currently the most widely used type of conductive filler, with a wide variety of types, mainly including carbon fiber, carbon black, graphite, graphene, and carbon nanotubes. Carbon based conductive fillers have good conductivity, large surface area, and light texture, and the conductive silicone rubber produced has a certain reinforcing effect. It occupies an important position in conductive silicone rubber. Metal based conductive fillers are relatively simple, all of which are materials such as metal powders, metal oxides, and metal fibers. The commonly used metal fillers are mostly silver, copper, aluminum, etc. The color of metal based conductive fillers is much richer than that of all black carbon based conductive fillers.
